The TradeON platform, software application, trade analytics features, and associated services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
While we use industry-standard precautions to maintain service uptime and data accuracy, TradeON does not guarantee uninterrupted, virus-free, or error-free platform operation during third-party internet backbone outages or cloud provider infrastructure maintenance.

Automated Forecasting & Market Insights
Sales forecasts, inventory reorder alerts, market trend projections, and AI-assisted insights generated by TradeON modules are advisory decision-support tools. They do not constitute binding commercial guarantees or financial advice. Tenant managers remain solely responsible for purchasing and credit decisions.
3. GST & Tax Compliance Responsibility
TradeON formats invoices, credit notes, and ledger records based on configuration inputs and tax rates provided by tenant administrators.
- Each registered business entity is independently responsible for ensuring accuracy of their GSTIN details, tax rates applied, and filing statutory GST returns with tax authorities.
- TradeON is not a tax advisory service and assumes no liability for tax miscalculations resulting from incorrect user input configurations.

5. Offline Sync & PWA Data Integrity
TradeON includes Progressive Web App (PWA) offline capabilities for low-connectivity environments. While offline, order drafts or TA/DA entries are cached locally on your device. Users must reconnect to the internet to sync pending transactions with the central server. TradeON is not liable for data lost due to device clearing or app uninstallation prior to synchronization.
6. Modifications to Legal Terms
We reserve the right to update these legal documents to reflect operational changes or statutory updates. Material changes will be announced via platform notification banners. Continued use of TradeON following updates constitutes agreement to modified terms.
